All products are manufactured to order and can take 5-10 working days to be made and dispatched. We use Royal Mail & DPD Local for all deliveries and goods will only be left if a signature can be obtained.
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard & Visa. Payments can also be made by a PayPal account.
We will only accept returns on faulty products, however we will allow exchanges on non personalised garments if an incorrect size is ordered. We do ask where possible if you do not know what size to order to try and arrange a pre-appointment with us where we can get plain garments in for you to try on before printing, or alternatively if you could ask a fellow member if you can try their garments on to gauge the correct sizes to minimize our stock levels.
We accept orders over the phone by calling 01384 878333, but please where possible we do ask if you could try to use the online facilities to try and free up our staffs time.
